I bought this to try on my daughter with 4C hair and is on a swim team. It helps to gently clarify but not strip her hair. We use all of the Melanin hair products. They have been a God send!

I actually waited to make this purchase because I wasn't sure how well it would work on my hair or how natural the ingredients were. Well, I did my homework, the ingredients checked out on ewg.org and so I gave it a try. Made my first purchase, tried it and YES!!! a big thumbs up for this shampoo. I immediately purchased 3 more bottles. This is a go to shampoo for ladies who are heavy handed with their products (yes I am that lady).
