It lathered up very well. But I didn’t like the way it made my hair feel. But I love your other three products.

Loved this shampoo. My hair was throughly cleaned and didn’t feel stripped.

Definitely one of the best shampoo that I’ve used.

Last year I lost a lot of hair due to stress, poor maintenance, and a bad salon press. I’d tried many product lines, and hoped the Melanin line would work. I don’t think my overall hair health was up to par for these products to work. I have very fine, tiny, ringlet curls that can get very frizzy and dry. I had lots of knots and breakage. The products had to be used together in sequence for them to work: the leave in didn’t work without first using the shampoo. My hair felt dry and matted after shampooing until I put on the leave in. The styling cream was solid Shea butter, so it didn’t work at all. I should’ve read the ingredients. My hair was dull, caked, and super dry after completing the regimen. The styling products just didn’t absorb into my hair. I doubt I’ll try them again, now that I’ve gone ground zero with a trim, because I don’t think the ingredients are appropriate for my hair type. The hair oil does look enticing, however.
