Melanin must remove negative reviews, because this is my third review of this awful product that pulled my hair out in matted knots. This is so stripping and made my hair feel like straw. The only product I have paid $20 for and threw away after two uses. My hair knotted up and matted during the shampoo process after both a WNG and after a flat ironed set. It was almost impossible to untangle. I was in tears. Love the oil, like the twisting cream and the leave in is meh.

I love this shampoo. I did pre-poo overnight, prior, so my hair wasn’t completely stripped, however it throughly cleansed my hair.. I love smell and appreciate bottle application. This bottle is big, will last entire year and some if you have variety of cleansers like myself.?? I will definitely purchase again, though..
