Our Twist Elongating Style Cream and our Multi-Use Pure Oil Blend, are both gluten free. Neither contains any gluten, or gluten byproducts.

All packages in the United States are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Packages are shipped Internationally via DHL.

No. Please note that some localities/governments do charge duty fees in certain provinces so please be aware of any local government import taxes prior to ordering. As this is a local tax, we do not charge or receive these monies. Please see our shipping policy for further guidance on international orders.
REWARDS:
If you already have a Melanin Haircare customer account you are automatically granted access to Rewards points. If you do not have a current customer account, you can create one and sign up to participate in the Rewards Points program by clicking ‘Join Now’
For every dollar you spend, you’ll earn Melanin Haircare Rewards Points and there are various other ways to earn bonus points along the way!
Perks: Get exclusive benefits such as free products, exclusive content, shipping offers and more. As you obtain Rewards you will receive an email notifying you of the perks you have unlocked. You can also view your available Rewards via your Melanin Haircare account. Selecting to redeem a reward will display instructions for how to redeem.
Redeemable Rewards: As you accumulate Rewards Points, you can choose to redeem them for $5 or $10 off - these will provide you with a promotional code that can then be applied at checkout as a discount on your order. These Rewards can be redeemed via your Melanin Haircare account dashboard. Once you reach eligible points, pre-set vouchers will appear redeemable under the ‘All rewards’ section of the dashboard. Simply click ‘View’ —> ‘Redeem’ —> then you can click ‘Apply code’ or copy and paste it at checkout.
Spend points at checkout You can also choose to spend points at the checkout. Once you have at least 120 points, if you are logged into your Rewards account, you’ll have the option to redeem your points. You’ll be able to use the points slider to nominate how many Rewards points you would like to spend, and redeem and apply the discount directly at the checkout..
At this time, points can only be earned by making a purchase on melaninhaircare.com or via the Melanin Haircare App, whilst being logged in to your customer account.
An email notification will be sent to you when you have taken a new action and earned Rewards Points.
Yes, the Rewards Points program is available to customers both domestic and international.
Yes, points will expire and be removed from your balance 12 months after the earn activity date. Of course we will notify you 30 days before their expiration and again a few days before expiration to give you the last minute opportunity to redeem.
You are eligible to receive points on any purchases made after becoming a member. AND we will gift you 200 points just for signing up! Note: you must be logged into your account at the time of purchase to earn your Rewards points.
Cancelled/ refunded orders are not eligible to earn points, so points will be removed from your account after your order is cancelled.
ORDERS:
Shop our site as usual — just choose "Afterpay" as your payment method at checkout, register with Afterpay and provide payment details (they accept Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log in to your Afterpay account and complete your order — it’s that easy!
Please note: to be eligible for Afterpay, the total value must be greater than $35 (excluding gift cards)
Currently, Afterpay is only available to customers with a US shipping and billing address. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to create an Afterpay account, or ship outside of the US.
Route+ is premium package protection and tracking solution for your online orders. Route+ is added at checkout, and you can easily file claims for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

All BACKORDER items will note a restock date. If you ordered in-stock items along with backorder items, those in-stock will be held and shipped together with the backorder items. After you complete the checkout process, the Order Summary page will confirm the details of the order you have placed. The status of your order will be sent to you via email. When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information to track your shipment.

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include tracking information to track your package.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! We hope you love what you ordered, but if not and you wish to return a product, please contact Customer Care by calling 1-855-563-5264 to obtain a return authorization and receive further instructions. We gladly accept returns of most new, unused items in their original condition.
