I never write negative reviews. Usually If I don’t like something I keep it to myself. If you are going to reduce the amount of product that your consumers gets then the price should coincides with the reduction in product. To use the excuse of being environmentally conscious as a justification for skrinkflation at it’s finest is completely asinine. I respect when leaders of companies are straight forward with their customer base about the increased costs of ingredients. However, if this company was that mindful there would have been a change to the size of the other products. If you are going to give people less product then it only makes sense to decrease the price of the product as well.

Would highly recommend, well worth the wait! My hair looks and feels less dry and is more manageable. Great that you can now purchase this in the UK.I've already stocked up on my second pot, courtesy of Cult Beauty. I decided to buy just before popping out at 10am.So glad I did, because on returning at midday they were sold out! Just keep doing what your doing because it's great! Omg!!! This deep conditioner really brought my coils back to life after my 3 week protective kinky twist style. My hair felt so moisturized and a little actually does go a long way!I ordered the oil, the deep conditioner, and the leave-in, but the leave-in hasn't come yet. I was too excited to wait so I used a different leave-in and I could immediately feel the difference in your products and the ** product I used. I have followed you on YouTube since the egg, mayonnaise and honey protein treatment days. I bought the leave-in when you first came out with it (not with the pink pump). I trust you and I plan to continue using your products. Thank you!

I'm high porosity, so I have always struggled with retaining moisture. This deep conditioner hydrates my hair, and it stays hydrated during the styling process -- a first for me!I've bought this DC three times already from Ulta and Sephora, and I just love it so much. No DC has ever worked as well for me as this one. My hair always looks shiny, plumped and feels healthy, hydrated and stronger after each use. The elasticity is A1.I wish Melanin also made a mousse because then I'd be all set. But for now, I'm thankful this DC exists and includes quality ingredients that don't irritate my scalp.

I was disappointed to find my latest purchase of this product is now 2 ounces smaller. As a repeat customer, I was not checking for this on the site, I just ordered as usual. I was not tricked, but I *felt* tricked. Just a notice on the site would have been considerate. I'm still a fan - this product works like no other on my hair - but this was not what I expected from this company.
