I love all of Whitney products and this travel haircare product line was ideally for a frequent traveler like myself. Over the weekend I did a quick wash routine. It was delightful. My only qualms is that I would love a small deep conditioner as beach travel demands extra protection for my curls, also my leaving conditioner pump is faulty and doesn’t pump. I’ve lost protect as I have to screw the top off to use it and when I insert the top back it’s displaces the conditioner so it overflows the bottle. 😔

I've been hesitant to try out Melanin Haircare because buying full size items that might not work for my hair is stressful. Was really excited when Whitney announced this travel kit on YT so I could finally try it out. So far, I've enjoyed everything! I am very picky about the fragrance in hair products since they tend to linger and they can be overwhelming but I love the citrus-y herbal scent. My favorite products are the leave-in conditioner and the oil, but every item within the kit has worked. I have already purchased a full-size of the leave-in and will do that same when the full-size oil comes back in stock.
