I am glad that I ordered this one. Although it says that it is a twist cream, I wanted to use it for my wash and go and it works very well. I have thin hair and this is a product that does not weigh my hair down but plumps it up. I am truly impressed by the definition, the moisturizing qualities and the overall performance. And-this jar is huge and will last me some time. Yay for the budget and the environment!!!! Less plastic, happy ovens, happy hair. We all win here

These products did not work for me! Left my hair so dry!

It makes doing my daughters hair so easy. When I took her to get her hair done, the stylist asked me what I use. I said Melanin with such pride!

I've been using this Melanin elongating cream from it's introduction to the natural hair care world, and it has worked very well for me, and my two daughters. I usually do not have many knots and tangles to contend with, but I feel that it makes my twists last longer. I would prefer if it had some fragrant smell to overpower the scent of shea butter. However I apply the leave-in conditioner before the cream, so that covers the slight smell of the shea butter. Overall I would rate it 5 stars because I am very satisfied with the results.

I love all melanin hair products I have been using them for about four years,, and I also send them to my daughter and granddaughter.
